I am an engineering leader with a background spanning platform architecture, product engineering, and internal tooling. Across startups and scaled organizations, I have built teams that deliver complex products while improving reliability and developer experience.

My leadership style is pragmatic: align on outcomes, reduce ambiguity early, and invest in systems that help teams sustain pace over years, not just quarters.

I spend most of my time on three themes:

  1. Systems thinking: turning complexity into decisions teams can execute.
  2. Product partnership: connecting technical strategy to measurable customer value.
  3. People development: creating environments where senior ICs and managers can do the best work of their careers.

Outside of day-to-day engineering, I mentor early-stage founders, advise on platform strategy, and write about leadership, software craft, and learning loops.
